Description
Klar and Klar Architects provided complete architectural services on this brand new, 8,329 S.F. Modern Farmhouse, located in Dunedin, FL. This design features classic farmhouse elements such as paneled wainscoting, shiplap walls, and dormer windows, paired with fresh and contemporary fixtures to provide a modern and clean aesthetic. Our client wished to build a home that the whole family could enjoy; this was accomplished with an open and spacious layout that extends to the outside with a cozy covered patio overlooking the backyard with a family sized pool.
