Elevated flood-zone construction includes deep foundations, breakaway walls, hurricane screens, and a backup generator. Features include a geothermal mechanical system, cupola lookout, party deck, bespoke wine room, hidden wet bar, open stair atrium, and a double-sided fireplace connecting the living room and primary suite.
